I am labeling this as Medicinal Bitters, but chances are you are visiting this site because you are friend of mine and already know what this really is.
This is an amaro that I made using 20 medicinal foraged herbs and roots from upstate New York back in 2019. I call this gem, "The Pines" because the sprucetips and pine needles really came forward in both the flavor and the color. I'm very proud of how well this came out and I have to say the flavor profile is super unique, and also super familiar at the same time. It is moderately sweet with notes of mint, dill, forest floor, and citrus. It has been aging well in my apothecary, and at only 26% alcohol, it's very smooth and lovely to drink simply on the rocks. but if you make a cocktail with this please let me know how that goes!!!
Production is very small and limited to 1 case of 375mL bottles. Inquire in an email to purchase one.
